Resident Data
The resident data section of CoolCare is designed to provide a comprehensive database in which to store all your service user details including: personal information, admission details, termination/hospital visits, dependency levels, nursing bands (if applicable), fee/funding details and billable extras. Keeping all the information in one place minimises the office space required and makes input and access easy, quick and convenient. This can save considerable time, when collating information for a hospital visit for example, as these details can simply be printed out on a single sheet.

Examples of general information
Access
Security and confidentiality are important issues addressed by restricting the information that can be inputted or viewed depending upon the security access of the user. In this way care staff can view general and admission details, but financial information is hidden and can be viewed by accounting staff only. In a group of homes the head office accounts and management staff would usually have access to all information with local homes only able to view non confidential details specific to the residents in their home. These security levels can be set and customised by yourself and your organisation.
